Questions about an earlier payment
If you previously made a payment associated with Pure Soundscapes, email hello@puresoundscapes.com with your transaction reference, payment date, and the issue you want us to review. Do not send passwords or card details.
A support enquiry does not itself cancel a PayPal recurring payment. If you have an existing recurring agreement, check its status and cancellation options in your PayPal account as well. Applicable consumer rights and payment-provider processes continue to apply.
