Before reporting a sound problem
Check the sound’s individual slider, overall mixer volume, device volume, and whether the browser tab is muted. A selected sound needs to download before it can play, and saved combinations do not include offline audio files.
For a problem with a saved combination, say whether it happened after changing browsers or clearing website data. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.
