Terms for using the Pure Soundscapes mixer, Gallery, and public guides.
Using the service
Pure Soundscapes is a browser-based ambient listening tool operated by Kevin Italiya. You choose which sounds to play and their levels. You are responsible for using a comfortable listening volume and for following the rules that apply where you use the site.
The service does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or guarantee a sleep or concentration result. Features may change, and playback can be affected by your connection, browser, or device.
Content and third-party services
Audio, photographs, icons, and text are made available for use within this site. Using the player does not give you permission to redistribute these assets or imply that Pure Soundscapes recorded every sound or photographed every scene. Gallery photograph credits are linked in the Gallery.
Embedded YouTube videos belong to their respective creators and are provided through YouTube. External services and links are subject to their own terms. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact hello@puresoundscapes.com with the affected URL and relevant ownership details.
Saved combinations
Mix settings are stored in your current browser. They do not sync to an account and may be lost when website data is cleared. Saving a combination does not download audio or provide offline playback.
Purchases and advertising
The current mixer and Gallery are free to use. Paid plans are marked Coming soon and cannot currently be purchased through this site. Future purchase terms and features will be stated before any paid plan is offered.
The site may display advertising. Advertising is not an endorsement of an advertiser or its products. Questions about a previous payment should be sent to hello@puresoundscapes.com with the transaction reference, without card details or passwords.
Availability and changes
We may update, maintain, or remove features. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of browser-stored settings. These terms apply subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
